The stamp card that never gets lost

Paper stamp cards have three problems: guests lose them, staff forget them and you have no data on who orders how often. The digital stamp card solves all three: automatic stamps, progress visible in the app, push trigger when the reward is unlocked.

A digital stamp card rewards guests automatically for repeat orders — no paper, no manual stamping. Every order counts, every step forward is visible in the app, the reward appears automatically at the right moment.

Automatic stamps on every order

One stamp is awarded automatically per order — regardless of order value (or you configure a minimum order value from which a stamp counts). No staff member needs to remember, no QR code needs to be scanned. Stamps are awarded equally for collection, delivery and on-site orders. Progress is immediately visible in the guest's ordering app.

Configure thresholds and rewards

Define how many stamps are needed for a reward: 8 stamps = a free pizza, 5 stamps = 15% off the next order, 10 stamps = a free dessert. Multiple stamp cards with different thresholds can run in parallel: one card for lunch orders, a separate one for dinner. Rewards can be configured as a free product, percentage discount or fixed amount.

Push trigger on reward unlock

As soon as a guest reaches the required number of stamps, they automatically receive a push notification: 'Congratulations! You've earned a free pizza. Order now.' The voucher appears directly in the basket on the next order. Push notifications can be configured for iOS and Android — subject to the guest's opt-in.

Analytics: redemption rate and card completion

The dashboard shows: how many stamp cards were started? How many completed? Which reward is redeemed most often? What proportion of customers have active cards? This data helps you calibrate the threshold — if it's too high, most people drop out. If too low, it costs too much. Typically the optimal completion rate is 25–40%.

Stamp card without a customer account

Guests can collect stamps without registering — via QR code on the till receipt or in the order confirmation email. The QR code links stamps to the email address or phone number. Registered guests can see their progress in the app at any time. Unregistered guests can activate their account later and keep their progress.

Can I have multiple stamp cards for different offers?

Yes. You can run multiple stamp cards in parallel: one for lunch orders, one for dinner, a seasonal card. Each has its own thresholds and rewards.

Are stamps awarded even for small orders?

You decide. Configurable: stamps from a minimum order value (e.g. from €8), or one stamp per order regardless of value. Or one stamp per €5 order value.

What happens to stamps if a customer uninstalls the app?

Stamps are tied to the customer account, not the app installation. After re-login, progress is fully restored.
