Payment methods in GastroSystem cover all common ways to pay: online via PayPal, credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay, as well as cash on delivery or pickup. Every transaction is recorded in the dashboard in real time — with status, amount and timestamp. PayPal and Stripe fees are included in the monthly price.
Online payment included
PayPal and Stripe (credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay) are integrated by default. No extra contracts, no hidden transaction fees — everything is included in the monthly price.
Cash on delivery & pickup
Customers who prefer cash pick cash on delivery or pickup. Drivers and cashiers see the open amount directly in the system.
Real-time payment status
Each order shows its current payment status: paid, pending or failed. Filter the dashboard by payment type and period.
Prepayment & flexible options
Offer bank-transfer prepayment or configure individual payment options per order type (delivery, pickup, dine-in).

Which payment providers are supported?
PayPal, Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay), cash, and card at the POS.
Are there additional fees?
GastroSystem doesn't charge extra for payment integration. Standard provider fees apply (e.g., Stripe 1.5% + €0.25).
Can I offer cash on delivery?
Yes. Drivers can confirm cash or card payment on delivery through the FahrerSystem app.
Is online payment secure?
Yes. All online payments are processed through PCI-compliant providers (PayPal, Stripe).
Are online payments secure?
Yes. All payments run through PayPal and Stripe — both are PCI-DSS certified. Card data is never stored on our servers.
Can I offer prepayment by bank transfer?
Yes. Activate prepayment as a payment option. The order is marked "payment pending" until you confirm the incoming payment.
